9.11. Adjustment and check of blocking of the lever of the selectorAdjustment

- To establish the selector (1) lever in the situation "P" (a forward emphasis of the coulisse of gear shifting) and weaken a bolt (2). Draft (3) should go easily in the axial direction in an arm (4).
|
- Turn the ignition key in situation "0" or take out it from the ignition lock. Press against the stop the lever (5) of system of blocking (Interlock) and tighten a bolt (2).

Check of functioning of Interlock system
|
- Include ignition and return a key to situation "0" or take out it. The lever should not find a way out «P». The lever of Interlock system should adjoin to the selector lever.
- Include ignition and squeeze out a brake pedal. Now it should be possible to transfer the selector lever to any situation.
- To establish the selector lever in all provisions except «P», – in one of these provisions the key cannot be turned back in situation "0".
- To establish the selector lever in the situation "P", – the ignition key needs to be turned in situation "0" and to take from the ignition lock.

Check of functioning of Shiftlock system
|
- Include ignition, to establish the selector lever in the situation "P" or "N" and squeeze out a brake pedal, – the control lever should be unblocked.
- Start the engine and squeeze out a brake pedal, – at frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft above 2500 rpm the lever of the selector should be blocked in the situation "P" or "N".
- Include ignition, establish the selector lever in the situation "R" and release a brake pedal, – when switching it is direct from the situation "R" in «D» and from «D» in «R» upon transition through the situation "N" the control lever should not be blocked. If the lever is late in the situation "N" more long 0.5 with, it should be blocked.
- The lever of the selector should be blocked only in the situation "P" or "N".
- At speed above 5 km/h the lever of the selector should not be blocked.
