4.6.3. Removal and installation of a cover of a drive of GRM
|
|
- Remove the case pallet (see. The section Removal and installation of the top section of the pallet of a case) and temporarily establish a beam of the forward bridge on a former place.
- Remove a head of the block of cylinders (see. Undressed the Diesel M57 engine).
- Remove the generator (see. Head of System of electric equipment of the engine).

- Turn out all bolts on an arm (2) and remove a compressor arm.
|
|
|
- Remove a hose of system of cooling (1) together with a tank (2).
|
|
|
- Turn out bolts (1), remove the pump (2) GUR and fix it aside.
|
|
|
Do not remove servo-driver pipelines. |
|
|
- Establish the adaptation No. 11 6 460 on a damper of krutilny fluctuations.
|
|
|
Because of the removed arm of the To/in compressor in points (1) it is necessary to establish the truncated bolts. |
|
|
- Give a nut (1), turn out bolts (2) fastenings of a natyazhitel (4) and extend a tension arch (3) advance. Remove a natyazhitel.
|
|
|
At installation new bolts be required. |
|
|
- Turn out all bolts of a cover (1) chain of GRM and the water pump (2).
|
|
|
Turn the adaptation No. 11 3 340 (3) so that at removal of a cover of a chain of GRM it was not pulled out. Carefully uncover GRM chains. Note the direction of movement of a chain and remove it. |
|
|
- Press a level (1) natyazhitel in the direction specified by an arrow, and remove a natyazhitel of a chain by means of the adaptation No. 11 3 340. Remove a level of a natyazhitel from a finger (2) hinges. Turn out a bolt (3) and remove directing (4) chains in the direction specified by an arrow. Give a nut (5) TNVD.

- Screw the adaptation No. 13 5 191 in TNVD (1) asterisk. Note the direction of movement of a chain and screw an adaptation No. 13 5 191 bolt. Remove an asterisk of a drive of TNVD with a driving chain.

|
At installation any provision of an asterisk concerning TNVD is allowed. |
|
|
- Remove laying (1). Check directing plugs (2) on absence of damages and correctness of installation, if necessary, replace.
|
- Clear interfaced surfaces, establish new laying.
|
|
At installation laying should be dry. |
- Installation is made upside-down. Before installation of a cover of a chain of GRM, it is necessary to establish a chain. The forward epiploon of a cranked shaft owing to exact fixing concerning a shaft is replaced only after installation of a head of cylinders and the case pallet.
