4.6.13. Removal and engine installation
|
If the established hoses of naduvochny air damp and with greasing traces, it can lead to a turbokompressor exit out of operation. |
|
- Disconnect a negative wire from the storage battery.
- Remove facing of the bottom of a body.
- Remove the top casing of a radiator and cover the generator to prevent its pollution.
- Turn out bolts (1) and remove the air channel (2).
- Turn out bolts (1) and remove a hose in the direction specified by an arrow.

At installation grease working edges of sealing rings of a hose with a thin layer of vaseline. |
- Remove the goffered hose (see an illustration).
|
- Uncover (1), turn out bolts (2) and remove the case (3) air purifiers.
|
- Take filtering element of an air purifier.
|
- Turn out a bolt (1) on the right arm (2) support of the engine.
|
- Weaken a collar (1), remove the pipeline (2) of nadduvochny air and at once close openings on a turbokompressor.
|
- Weaken collars (1) and remove hoses (2 and 3) nadduvochny air assembled with the pipeline of nadduvochny air.
|
|
- Turn out bolts (1) on a turbonagnetatel. Remove an arm of the converter of pressure and the membrane mechanism of a vacuum regulator of an advancing of ignition.
|
- Remove driving belts (see. Section Replacement of driving belts and their natyazhitel).
|
- To disconnect the socket (1), turn out bolts on a turbokompressor (2) and fix it aside.
|
- Remove a hose of system of cooling (1) together with a tank (2).
- Remove the inlet pipeline (see. Section Removal and installation of the inlet pipeline).
- Remove a radiator of system of cooling (see. Head of System of cooling of the engine, heating, ventilation and conditioning).
|
- Give a nut (1) on the left arm of a support of the engine. Liberate a vacuum hose from a clip (2) and disconnect a vacuum hose from the adapter below a clip (2).
|
|
- Turn out bolts (1) and fix the pump GUR (2) aside.
|
|
- Cut a collar (1), disconnect branch (2) plaits of electroconducting.
|
|
- Turn out bolts (1), uncover (2) compartments of ECM.
|
|
- Unclench clips of a level (1) and remove it movement up. Separate the socket (2) from ECM. Remove branch (3) plaits of electroconducting.
|
|
- Separate the socket (1) from ECM, disconnect sockets (2 and 3) and I will corrode (4) relays of candles of an incandescence. Take out branch (5) plaits of electroconducting from ECM compartment.
|
|
- Weaken a collar (1), disconnect a vacuum hose (2), wring out clamps (3), disconnect hoses (4) heaters and fix them aside.
|
|
- Fix the vacuum hose, directing tube щупа level of impellent oil and plusovy a wire (1) storage battery by means of a collar (2) on a vacuum tube (3). Disconnect a hose of supply of fuel on knot of the fuel filter.
|
|
- Separate the coupling (2) of the valve (3) of preliminary heating and put the valve aside.
|
|
Collars (1) should not be weakened. |
|
- Supporting a cowl, raise clips (1) from both parties and shift up. Disconnect a damper (2) from a cowl with left and on the right side.
|
|
- Screw two bolts of M8 (1) in hinges (2) cowls, having fixed it thus.
|
|
- Remove a cap (1) and give a nut (2). Liberate a positive wire (3) battery rooms of the battery from the holder (4) and fix on the engine.
|
|
- Establish the adaptation No. 11 7 050 (1) between the pallet of a case of the engine (2) and a beam (3) forward bridges.
|
- Remove the catalytic converter (see. Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases).
- Remove RKPP or AT (see. Head Manual box of gear shifting and coupling or Automatic transmission).
|
- Give a nut (1), disconnect a wire of weight (2) and put it aside.
|
- By means of the special lift take the engine up from an impellent compartment for forward and back eyes.
|
Do not damage components in an impellent compartment during engine lifting. |
- Installation is made in sequence, return to an order of dismantle of components. Be convinced of integrity of pillows of support and if necessary replace them.
- After installation before start of the engine check levels of working liquids and if necessary modify them.
- Start the engine and make sure of absence of leakages of fuel and working liquids, and also in absence of abnormal noise and vibrations.
- Let's to the engine work on single turns, then muffle it and again check levels of working liquids.
