12.5.9. Removal and pump GUR installation

The reuse of the lowered GUR liquid is not allowed.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove protection of a case of the engine.
  2. Remove a belt of a drive of the pump GUR (see. Head Engine).
  3. Disconnect pipelines from the pump GUR.

Connection of pipelines to the lopastny pump

1 — To a steering
2 — To the tank

Connection of pipelines to the tandemny pump

1 — To a steering
2 — To the tank
3 — To a regulator of a road gleam

At installation replace sealing laying of pipelines.


  1. Give a nut.

At installation fix a hairpin (1) on the pump, tighten a nut (2) by hand towards an arm of a support of the engine and tighten a nut (3).


  1. Turn out bolts of fastening of the pump to an oil case and remove the pump.
  1. Installation is made upside-down.
