10.2. Removal and installation of the driveshaft and elastic coupling

- Remove system of release of OG assembled, and also its thermofilters (see. Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases).
- Give bolts and nuts.
|
At installation use new самоконтрящиеся nuts; tighten carving connections by nuts, instead of bolts. |
|
- Insert a screw-driver into the CV JOINT groove, wring out and disconnect the hinge from a flange of a target shaft.
|
|
- Remove an intermediate support.
|
|
To establish an intermediate support follows with a preliminary tightness in the direction of the car for the size (A) 2 ÷ 4 of mm. |
|
Do not allow driveshaft falling since damage of hinges and a rubber cuff of the CV JOINT otherwise is possible. |
|
- Press on an intermediate support so that the driveshaft caved in down. Disconnect the CV JOINT from a reducer of the back bridge and to remove the driveshaft from a flange of a target shaft of transmission.

In order to avoid pollution of the CV JOINT it is necessary to cover it. |
|
- If necessary give fixture and remove the elastic coupling.
|
|
At installation of the coupling of an arrow on its case should be turned to a flange cheek. |
|
- Fill up hinge greasing. Put forward the CV JOINT (1 against the stop and degrease interfaced surfaces of the CV JOINT and a flange of a leading gear wheel of the main transfer. Replace laying (2). Get the driveshaft with the put-forward CV JOINT on a flange of a leading gear wheel of the main transfer. Alternately tightening any two opposite nuts, evenly get the CV JOINT in a flange of a leading gear wheel of the main transfer. After that tighten other nuts.

Use new nuts. It is not allowed to push the CV JOINT back during assembly since greasing can squeeze out a sealing ring and break tightness of the hinge. |

- Check and grease the aligning element (4), the damaged aligning element replace.
|
