 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the top casings of the engine.
  2. Turn out bolts and remove the formed hose in the direction specified by an arrow (see an illustration).

At installation grease interfaced surfaces with a thin layer of vaseline and establish new sealing rings


  1. Remove to collecting the goffered casing (1).
  1. Remove filtering element of an air purifier (see. The section Replacement of a filtering element of an air purifier of Head of Control and routine maintenance of the car).
  1. Weaken a collar (1) and remove the pipeline (2) of nadduvochny air together with a hose of nadduvochny air. To Zakuporta of a turbokompressor opening (for example, rags).
  1. Turn out a hollow bolt (1) and remove an oil pipeline (2).

To Zakuporta the union of an oil pipeline and an opening in a block case. At installation replace sealing rings.


  1. Turn out bolts (1), remove both arms and put them aside.
  1. Remove a locking cover (1) thermofilter and take caps (arrow).

At installation the damaged caps are subject to obligatory replacement.

  1. Turn out the bolts located under caps.

At installation grease a carving of bolts with a thin layer of medesoderzhashchy paste (CRC).

  1. To weaken a collar (1) and disconnect a hose. Turn out bolts (2) and remove a turbokompressor (3) movement down.
  1. Installation is made upside-down. Pay attention to the next moments:
    1. If necessary rearrange the drain pipeline and an oil pipeline on a new turbokompressor;
    2. Replace all laying;
    3. Clear an interfaced surface of a final collector;
    4. The clip (1) on a locking cover (2) should be inserted into the heat-shielding screen.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove TNVD (see. Section Removal and TNVD installation).
  2. Remove a casing and a krylchatka of the fan of system of cooling of the engine (see. Head of System of cooling of the engine, heating, ventilation and conditioning).
  3. Lower OZh from a radiator of system of cooling (see. Head of Control and routine maintenance of the car).
  1. Lift a cowl, disconnect from it racks and fix a cowl in vertical situation, having inserted M8 bolts into loops.
  1. Separate the socket (1) and liberate a wire from the holder (2) Turn out a bolt (4), weaken a collar (5) and remove the resonator case (6) assembled with an air flowmeter.
  1. Liberate a wire (1) of the holder, give nuts (2), separate the socket (3) and postpone a hub (4) of the fuel filter aside.
  1. Give nuts (1) and to postpone the GUR liquid tank (2) aside.
  1. Turn out a bolt (1) and to postpone a cooler (2) fuels together with an air line (3) aside.
  1. Give a nut (1) left pillow of a support of the engine. Turn out a bolt (2).
  1. By means of the special elevating adaptation raise the engine for elevating eyes on 25 mm.
  1. Weaken collars (1), remove a pressure head hose (2) and separate the socket (3).
  1. Weaken collars (1) and put on a hose (2) a returnable tube of a turbokompressor.
  1. Turn out hollow bolts (1) and remove a pressure head tube (2).

At installation replace sealing rings of hollow bolts.


  1. Turn out bolts and remove turbokompressor assembly by advance.

At installation clear interfaced surfaces, without allowing their damage, and replace laying.


  1. Turn out bolts (1) and rearrange a returnable tube (2) on a new turbokompressor.

At installation clear interfaced surfaces on a turbokompressor and on a returnable tube and replace laying.

  1. Installation is made upside-down.

Models with the M67 engine (the right turbokompressor)

The right turbokompressor acts in film together with a pressure head oil pipeline, deformation and which damage are not admissible.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Disconnect a negative wire from the storage battery.
  2. Remove forward and back facing of the bottom of a body.
  3. Remove assembly of the case of the right air purifier.
  4. Remove the right verkhnepotochny catalytic converter.
  1. Weaken a collar (1), turn out bolts (2) and remove a drain oil pipeline (3). Weaken a collar (4), shift it back and disconnect the socket (5) from a turbokompressor.

At installation clear interfaced surfaces and replace laying.


  1. Turn out a bolt.
  1. Open a clamp (1), disconnect a fork (2) diagnostic sockets and put aside.
  1. Turn out a bolt (1), disconnect a hose (2) and remove an air line (3).

If necessary replace a sealing ring.


  1. Turn out three bolts of fastening of a turbokompressor to a final collector.
  1. Liberate a wire from holders on AT. Turn out a hollow bolt (1) and a bolt (2).

At installation replace sealing rings of a hollow bolt.


  1. Disconnect a hose (1) nadduvochny air and take aside.

At installation the hose should be fat-free and dry. Carefully remove a turbokompressor (2) movement down in the direction of the right rack of a suspension bracket, between a beam of the forward bridge and cross-section steering draft.

  1. Rearrange a pressure head oil pipeline on a new turbokompressor. For this purpose execute the following actions:
    1. Define the size (A) between a pressure head oil pipeline (1) and a turbokompressor flange;
    2. Turn out a hollow bolt (2) and replace its sealing rings;
    3. Establish a pressure head oil pipeline on a new turbokompressor by means of a hollow bolt;
    4. Tightening a hollow bolt, adjust the size (A).

  1. Installation is made upside-down. To replace sealing laying.
