5.2.7. Removal and To/in compressor installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the panel of protection of auxiliary units.
  2. Lower a coolant, if necessary replace the dehumidifier tank.
  3. Remove a belt of a drive of the To/in compressor (see. Head Engine).

Models with M51 and M52 engines

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Turn out screws and disconnect soaking-up and pressure head pipelines.

  1. Turn out bolts, separate the socket and remove the compressor movement up (models with the M51 engine) or down (models with the M52 engine).
  1. Installation is made upside-down.

Models with engines except M51 and M52

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. On models with the M57 engine remove the formed hose between the MAF sensor and a turbokompressor.
  2. On models with engines M60, M62 (M67, M73) remove the case (right) air purifier.
  1. Separate the socket, turn out screws and disconnect soaking-up and returnable pipelines.

At installation replace sealing rings.

  1. At work on model with the M67 engine execute the actions described in paragraphs with 3 on 7. Otherwise pass to paragraph 10.
  1. Separate the socket (1), turn out the screw (2) holders of an oil pipeline and screws (3). Carefully pull down and wring out aside the pump (4) GUR, without allowing deformation of the oil pipelines connected to the pump (4).
  1. Weaken collars (1 and 2), disconnect the bottom pressure head hose (3) with a pressure head pipe (4) from an interkuler in the direction specified by an arrow. Disconnect a pressure head pipe (4) from the top pressure head hose (5) in the direction specified by an arrow, and remove it.
  1. Turn out a bolt (1) and disconnect a pipe (2) from a turbokompressor (3) in the direction specified by an arrow.

At installation check a condition of an internal sealing ring between a tube (2) and a turbokompressor (3) and if necessary replace it.


  1. Disconnect a hose (1) ventilation. Turn out the screw (2) and remove a pipe (3) movement up.
  1. Turn out screws (1) and remove a clip (2) in the direction specified by an arrow. Turn out the screw (3) and remove a fixing plate (4).
  1. Holding the compressor, turn out bolts of its fastening and remove the К/В compressor.
